Payment:

To confirm your booking is needed a deposit of 25% by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The balance will be charged in the hotel at the check-in. The payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Prices include:

VAT, bed linen and towels, water, gas, electricity and heating, wireless internet. It is not expected daily cleaning. It is possible on request and with extra charge.

Extra Charges:

The price does not include the local tourism tax of 3,00 euro per night per person (over 12 years old), it will be charged in hotel and it must be paid in cash.
The price does not include the final cleaning that are: 50 euro for the Venere Apartment; 90 euro for the Angeli Apartment.
Extra bed is charged 10 euro per night.
On request we provide baby crib and baby chair with extra-charge 20,00 euro for the whole stay.
Pets are not admitted. Parties are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel within 30 days before your arrival date: we will give you back the deposit without the bank expenses.
If you cancel before 29° day within 15° day before your arrival date: we will keep the deposit and we give you the opportunity to use it for another reservation in the future.
If you cancel from 14 days before to your arrival date: deposit will not be returned.

Check-in and check-out time:

Check-in time from 3:00 pm until 8.00 pm. Check-in after 8:00 pm there is an extra charge of 30,00 euro ( Max time check-in 11.00 PM ) Please, advise us in advance if you arrive after 8.00 PM. Check-out time from 10:00 till 10:30 am.

Minimum Stay:

3 nights.
